As a Welfare Technology Coordinator, you will have a broad assignment where you work both strategically and operationally. You will take over the mapping that has already been done in the administration and drive the work forward, with a special focus on elderly care. Your task is to ensure, together with managers, employees, and users, that we use welfare technology in a way that creates real benefit for users' security, quality, and independence, as well as for staff's working environment and efficiency.
In the role, you will among other things:
The project has clear goals, one of which is to develop a model for steering, coordination, and follow-up of welfare technology.
We are looking for you who are analytical and curious, and have an easy time seeing the connections between legislation, the organization's needs, and technical possibilities. You enjoy collaborating, building contacts, and creating participation among employees, managers, and users. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and can translate complex issues into language that is easy to understand. Your ability to create trust and engagement is central, as is your willingness to learn new things and try new working methods. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Qualifications:
It is meritorious if you have experience in digital operational development, project management, change management, or work with digitalization in the public sector.
The position is a project assignment that currently extends until 2028-12-31.
